YS1500 PELLET GRILL
Here it is. The new yoder pellet grill YS1500 combines the convenience and advanced technology of our pellet grills with the size and Heat Management System of our offset smokers. With over 9,600 square cm of cooking surface and the included catering cart, this is the perfect solution for restaurants, catering, or just cooking for large groups!
The cooker includes a beautifully painted steel cart with heavy-duty caster wheels and integrated tie-downs for ultimate portability. The external shelf is top-grade stainless steel.
The YS1500 burns 100% natural hardwood pellets for that desired smoke flavor and is equipped with a state-of-the-art digital controller for maintaining constant temperatures for moist low&slow BBQ or for searing a perfect steak. This grill can do it all!
The unmatched heavy-duty construction (3.5-6.3mm steel!) results in uniform temperatures and the ability to achieve high temperatures for grilling - often lacking in many other pellet cookers. The Yoder Smokers wood-fired pellet grills are truly built to last a lifetime.
