6 x 1MW Biofire boilers supplying heat to one of the largest poultry sites in Norfolk

 Herz Firematic 201 commercial project - Care home integration

Here we put together a eco cabin, housing a herz Firematic 201kw biomass boiler to take over the heating from the oil boilers.

We designed and installed the herz pellet boiler -

Design Specification included 

•  3000L buffer tank for water storage for maximun boiler efficiency
•  plate heat exchanger to seperate the system
• Non return valve for RHI compliance
• DHP run to existing plant room
• Newly designed Low Loss header to integrate with existing plantroom
• Control stats on  secondary pumps for higher efficiency and efficient electricity consumption
