Hot water solid fuel boilers PelleTech IDRO-150/200/300/500 kW are designed for automatic combustion of dry and wet biofuels (wood waste, wood pellets or wood chips with a moisture content of up to 35%). This equipment combines the advantages of automatic fuel supply with biomass combustion technology on a movable grate, which provides an optimal effect.
PelleTech IDRO automatic solid fuel boilers are steel three-way fire-tube hot water boilers with a vertical heat exchanger design. A vertical heat exchanger with an automatic cleaning system is ideal for using fuels with a high ash content.
The combustion system is a hydraulically driven movable tilt-pushing grate. The fuel is pushed onto the grate by means of a screw conveyor. The feed conveyor is separated from the fuel supply equipment from the warehouse by means of a fire valve.
Combustion chamber with a protective layer of refractory materials to protect against oxidative processes occurring during the combustion of biomass (granules, husks, etc.). Optimum vacuum is provided by a frequency-controlled smoke exhauster. The composition and temperature of the exhaust gases is monitored using an oxygen sensor (lyabda probe).
Boilers are equipped with automatic ignition systems, ash removal, cleaning of flame tubes. Automatic operation of the boiler is provided by a control unit with a touch panel. A remote control function is provided. The ash is automatically removed by screw conveyors and collected in separate ash containers.
Efficiency of more than 90% is achieved by modulating operating modes.
PelleTech IDRO boilers are manufactured in accordance with EN 303-5 and other European directives, and comply with all Ukrainian standards and requirements.
1. Movable tilt-pushing grate with a mechanical drive, allowing the combustion of fuel with high humidity and ash content.
2. Fan for primary and secondary air, with independent control from the controller (adjustment depending on combustion conditions and fuel type).
3. The combustion chamber with a protective layer of heat-resistant concrete ensures high resistance to chemical processes and high temperatures.
4. Screw conveyor for feeding large diameter fuel - it is possible to feed wood chips type G50.
5. Safety valve of the fuel supply system, which provides a continuous fire gap between the fuel supply conveyor (4) and the external storage - prevents re-combustion in the fuel supply line and fuel depot (Starvalves System (BPS).
6. High-performance electric motor for the new generation fuel supply conveyor with low energy consumption.
7. Conveyors for ash removal from the heat exchanger.
8. Conveyor of ash removal from the combustion chamber.
9. Special configuration openings for secondary air supply – provide more controlled airflow for optimal combustion and high system efficiency.
10. Vertical fire-tube heat exchanger made of seamless steel tubes with turbulators.
11. Automatic cleaning system of the heat exchanger. Cleaning of the heat exchanger is carried out without stopping the boiler, by periodic reciprocating movement of turbulators.
12. Electronically controlled flue gas fan motor (smoke exhauster).
