Biomass Bios manji.png

Boiler type Schukoplam BIOS range of power 25-60kW is designed and built as a boiler for combustion of baled biomass for household heating needs. In addition to baled biomass, the boiler can burn other command solid fuel. Due to the specifics in the combustion (high content of flying ash) of baled biomass (straw, baled wicker...) the boiler is equipped with a precipitation chamber with a flue gas fan.

The boiler is made as a three-promajni with a single water-cooled partition and a pipe beam, which means that the combustion products pass by the water space on three occasions, giving heat to the water to the maximum. The first heat exchange is carried out in the boiler chamber, mostly by the method of radiation, over a large area of the combustion area, the second heat exchange is carried out by the methods of radiation and convection in the water-cooled boiler partition, while the third heat exchange in the flue pipes before the combustion products leave the boiler and takes place mainly by methods of convection and conduction. The boiler body is well insulated with mineral wool, and the formwork is protected by plasticizing procedures.

The boiler doors are made so that they can maximally accommodate baled biomass with dimensions of 600x550x1000mm.

The boiler is intended for the production of hot water in operating modes 110/90ºC as well as 90/70ºC with a maximum operating pressure of 2.5bar.

Due to the use of flue gas fans, turbulators have been installed in the boiler to achieve the best utilization of the boiler. Flue gas fan as well as maintaining the temperature in the boiler leads automatic boiler.

The regulation of the combustion air is carried out through a draft regulator that drives the flap on the lower door and thus reduces or increases the amount of combustion air while the regulation of the boiler power is carried out by changing the number of revolutions of the flue gas fan.

The protection of the boiler from elevated pressure is carried out by a safety valve installed in the prescribed place on the boiler, while the securing of the boiler from elevated temperatures is carried out by installing a safety heat exchanger that, if necessary, cools the boiler.
