HEAT EXCHANGER WITH

SIMPLE CLEANING!

 

Rotomatic series heat exchanger is equipped with turbulators which enforce the hot gases into turbulent flow. The more turbulent the flow the more the hot gas comes into contact with tube walls ensuring maximum heat transfer to the boiler water as well as lower exhaust temperature and high efficiency.

A manual or automatic (optional) cleaning device ensures flying ash withdraw leaving a clean heat exchanger.

BURNER PLATE

 

Rotomatic series use a new innovative underfeed burner. Solid

high heat resistant alloy, stable underfeed combustion and rotary

cleaning mechanism provide durability and high service life.

Thanks to its stable underfeed fuel supply combined with the rotary

cleaning scrapper ensures uniform and clean combustion

AUTOMATIC ASH

Automatic system for ash extraction with moving floor cleaning device and ash extraction auger.

EXHAUST FAN

 

Electronically controlled flue gas fan with speed sensor for the correct adjustment of the intensity of combustion and exhaust through the chimney.

SAFETY AGAINST BACK BURNING

 

Automated supply system equipped with a safety device which maintains the continuous seal between the stocking device and the fuel line and prevents the back flow in the fuel line and the fuel tank (Back burn Protection Star valves System, BPS). The charge system combined with the rotary lock valve ensures precise fuel dosing and 100% back burning protection.

DUST-FREE ASH REMOVAL

 

Through it’s high efficiency, Rotomatic is minimising the

need to empty your ash box. The boiler’s controller will inform you when the ash box needs to be emptied, while the integrated open/ close lid will keep this procedure simple and dust free.
