CAMINO DESIGN introduces the new and fully automated Pellet/wood chip boiler, Multiauto, series. The flexibility in solid fuels, while it burns Pellets, Wood chips and wood logs, in a combined way, and the boiler’s fully automated operation make it a pioneer in the field of heating with solid fuels.
Multiauto series can handle Pellet and all Biomass products (up to 35% humidity), wood chips as a standalone fuels or a combination with wood logs. The high efficiency and simultaneously low exhaust temperature output make the boiler very economical with very low fuel consumption and environmentally friendly, with the lowest emissions.

1. Movable grate made of high-quality cast iron with a mechanism for cleaning and removing residues of combustion products.
2. Mechanism for removing ash residues from under the grate.
3. Ash removal conveyor in the container.
4. Combustion chamber with a protective layer of heat-resistant concrete. Additional horizontal air flow in the combustion chamber contributes to the uniform combustion of biomass.
5. High-quality cast iron plate with holes that supply secondary air, which improves combustion, reduces CO emissions and increases the degree of combustion efficiency. It is also used as a grate when burning firewood and lump wood.
6. Vertical fire-tube heat exchanger made of seamless steel tubes with turbulators.
7. Automatic cleaning system of the heat exchanger. Cleaning of the heat exchanger is carried out without stopping the boiler, by periodic reciprocating movement of turbulators.
8. Mechanism for removing ash residues from under the heat exchanger.
9. Fuel bunker.
10. The safety valve of the fuel supply system, which provides a continuous fire gap between the fuel supply conveyor and the external storage - prevents re-combustion in the fuel supply line and the fuel depot (Starvalves System (BPS).
11. Low-power electric motor (common for 3 drives).
12. Highly efficient fuel ignition system, using an electric air heater.
13. Flue gas fan with electronic control and speed sensor (Hall sensor) to regulate optimal combustion conditions in all operating modes of the boiler.
14. Electric drive of the ash removal system.

It is used for wood pellets, sunflower husk pellets, and other agropellets. Provides, on average, a daily supply of fuel. If necessary, it is possible to supply fuel to the boiler hopper using a pneumatic or mechanical conveyor.
Equipment for storage and supply of biofuels in the form of a frame bunker with a conveyor system
It is used for wood chips, wood pellets, sunflower husk pellets, and other agropellets. Fuel storage is carried out in a separate adjacent room, which provides additional fire safety. There is a need to install inclined storage walls, which leads to a decrease in the volume of the fuel warehouse.
