To facilitate the extraction of ash from the longest channels of the vertical exchanger, the boiler has a slim ash pan located on the left side of the boiler. Its cleaning is carried out only 1-2 times a month.

Boiler cleaned manually

The capacious ash drawer in Kepo MC models ensures several days of boiler operation without removing ash. Cleaning the ash pan is very simple. Just pour out the contents of the drawer or suck it out using a special vacuum cleaner.

Boiler cleaned automatically

Kepo AC models have 3 drawers for selecting ash. The middle one is used to select ash from the automatic grate cleaning process. 2 side drawers collect ash from the combustion process. The frequency of ash selection depends on the power of the boiler and the quality of the pellets. All 3 drawers are emptied quite rarely, i.e. from a few to several days.

A boiler series with automatic cleaning of the burner and heat exchanger that ensures reliable operation even with pellets of poorer quality and saves your time when it comes to the regular burner and heat exchanger maintenance, thus providing a higher level of user comfort.

MANUAL CLEANING SERIES (MC)

Boiler series with the same structural solution as AC series boilers. In this case, the user is obliged to, when necessary, turn off the boiler and manually clean the ash deposits that interfere with the proper operation of the boiler from the burner. The semi-automatic cleaning of the heat exchanger is made possible without the need to turn off the boiler, and all it takes is one stroke.
